Sherwood Park Rams Bursary Society

The Sherwood Park Rams (Bantam) Football Club established this Bursary program in 1996. For twenty years, the Annual Sherwood Park Rams Bursary Golf Tournament was the funding cornerstone for the Bursary program. Proceeds from this tournament have been and will continue to provide bursaries to Rams Alumni who are attending post-secondary institutions. Over the years, the Bursary has awarded more than 224 bursaries and growing. As an organization, we are very proud of this achievement and equally proud that this is the ONLY Bantam football team with a bursary program of its kind in Canada. For the last six years of the fundraising golf tournament, Chris Korte volunteered as the Tournament Chairperson.
